Screening Potential Employees
A hiring screen measures multiple areas of risk specific to an individual and relative to performing certain job related functions. Screening reports give a comprehensive view of specific work oriented competencies, while exposing the applicants strengths and areas for development. The screens also provide extensive interview notes that provide the examiner with significant direction during the hiring process including suggestions for role playing and line of questioning.
